Our story
X.re started inside a real estate sales floor, not a boardroom. Selling homes for Capitol Constructions, the team watched the same thing happen every month: hundreds of leads pour in from Meta and Google, a handful are real buyers, and the rest quietly rot in a spreadsheet while reps chase cold phone numbers nobody picks up anymore.
Every CRM they tried was built for software sales in San Francisco — call-first, generic, blind to how property actually gets sold in India: on WhatsApp, in the evenings, in Hinglish. So they stopped looking for a tool and started building one. The first version was a scrappy Chrome extension that layered lead context onto WhatsApp Web. It worked. Reps stopped tab-switching and started closing.
From there it grew into a full agentic CRM — AI chat and voice agents that qualify the 97 leads that aren't ready, an explainable scoring engine that surfaces the 3 that are, and a signal layer that feeds every outcome back to the ad platforms so spend compounds instead of leaking. Sachu and Anu still run Capitol's sales on X.re every single day. If a feature doesn't help them close, it doesn't ship.
