1. Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of X.re, the CRM operated by PencilCrew. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
2. The service
X.re provides lead management, AI chat and voice agents, lead scoring, automation and ad-signal features for real-estate teams. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops, and we work to keep the service available and reliable.
3. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the data you put into X.re, including obtaining any consent required to contact leads via WhatsApp, voice or other channels. You agree to comply with applicable laws and with Meta/WhatsApp and Google platform policies when using integrated channels.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use X.re to send spam or unlawful messages, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach security or tenant isolation, or to reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that put the platform, other customers or recipients at risk.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up or in your order. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Non-payment may result in suspension. Specific commercial terms in a signed agreement override these defaults.
6. Data & privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated suggestions and scores are aids, not guarantees of outcome — you remain responsible for decisions and communications. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
